Material Handler – 3rd Shift

Location: St. Charles County, MO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $21.00 per hour

About the Opportunity

CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a dependable and hardworking 3rd Shift Material Handler to join a well-established precision manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for safely moving, organizing, and staging materials throughout the facility to keep production running efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse and manufacturing work, is comfortable working independently on an overnight shift, and takes pride in keeping materials organized and production supplied.

Key Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components, finished products, and supplies throughout the manufacturing facility
• Stage and deliver materials to production areas based on production needs and schedules
• Load, unload, receive, and properly store incoming materials and products
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with inventory counts
• Verify materials, quantities, labels, and documentation before moving or staging products
• Keep production areas supplied with the materials needed to prevent unnecessary downtime
• Organize warehouse and storage areas to maintain an efficient flow of materials
• Assist with packaging, palletizing, and preparing finished products for shipment when needed
• Follow established safety procedures and immediately report damaged materials or unsafe conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with production and warehouse team members to support daily manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred
• Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work independently and stay productive during an overnight shift
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and established work instructions

Schedule & Pay

3rd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

Pay: $21.00 per hour

This four-day workweek provides a consistent full-time schedule with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
