• Expert Machine Operation: Operate Hydromat machines with automatic indexing and feeding mechanisms to perform a variety of machining operations on metal bar stock.
• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints or job orders for detailed product specifications, including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions.
• Precision Execution: Set up and adjust fixtures, determine optimal feed rates and cutting speeds, and manage the depth of cut to ensure high-quality machining of workpieces.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Safety First: Proactively recognize and mitigate unsafe conditions, selecting and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) based on job requirements.
