Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for sourcing candidates, executing staffing activities, and assisting the Recruiters with day-to-day activities. The RA should have a desire and ability to move into a Recruitment role within 3 months of employment.
- Identifying, assessing, and presenting a qualified candidates to Recruiters
- Assist in the interviewing/assessment and testing process.
- Manage and continually build candidate pipeline with an emphasis on integrity and meeting both personal and professional goals
- Willingness and ability to effectively communicate the services we provide to current, previous, and prospective candidates
- Daily prospecting by warm and cold calling, texting, emailing and setting appointments with active, inactive and prospective candidates
- Assist in completing new hires’ onboarding process
- Meeting daily and weekly KPIs and goals set by you and your manager
- Assist in opening and closing the office daily
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Requirements:

- Team player attitude, energy and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail, administrative and computer skills, exceptional record keeping, and time management skills
- Possess strong phone and customer service skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with our candidates
- Ability to overcome objections and represent CPAY in an exceptional manner
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00 - 4:00
