About the Role:

As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be an integral part of our production team, working in an exciting environment with considerable upward mobility. Our client provides on-the-job training and multiple benefits, ensuring you have the support you need to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Metal Fabrication: Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products, turning designs into high-quality reality.
• Installation and Repair: Install and repair various equipment and components, ensuring durability and functionality.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Follow blueprints meticulously to meet precise product specifications.
• Measurement and Verification: Calculate material measurements accurately to verify specifications and maintain high standards.
• Quality Testing: Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance, ensuring each product meets our rigorous standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous welding experience (1 year or more) is preferred. Candidates with experience in flux core, sub arc welding, steel fitting, automotive, general manufacturing, or various trades are highly valued. Experience is not required.
• Skills: Familiarity with welding tools and procedures, engineering blueprints, and schematics.
• Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical workload effectively.
• Availability: Weekend and overnight availability required.
