Chemical Operator

St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | On-Site | All Shifts Available | Temp-to-Hire     

Looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with overtime potential and room to grow?

We're seeking dependable Chemical Operators to join a growing production team in St. Louis. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments who take pride in quality, safety, and following established processes.

You'll play an important role in the production of vitamin and nutritional products while working in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Shifts may range from 8-12 hours based on production needs. Overtime and weekend work may be available.

What You'll Do

• Operate blending, mixing, and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure and handle raw materials according to production specifications
• Follow GMP, FDA, and company quality standards
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sterile production standards
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with material movement and staging throughout the facility
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or regulated manufacturing preferred
• Experience working in GMP and/or FDA-regulated environments required
• Experience with blending, mixing, machine operation, or production processes preferred
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
