We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Chemical Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing who are comfortable working in sterile environments and following strict quality and safety standards. Humanity’s favorite pastime: putting powders into bigger powders while wearing enough PPE to survive a moon landing.
This position involves working with raw materials used in the production of vitamin and nutritional products. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable with physical work throughout the shift.
Schedule Options
1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Shifts may range from 8–12 hours depending on production needs. Weekend overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Operate blending, mixing, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle and measure raw materials according to batch specifications
- Follow GMP, FDA, and company compliance standards at all times
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain sterile production standards and cleanliness throughout the facility
- Wear required PPE including lab coat, gloves, goggles, hair net, booties, and additional protective equipment as needed
- Assist with material movement and staging throughout the production area
- Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, food manufacturing, or chemical processing preferred
- Experience working in GMP and/or FDA-regulated facilities required
- Background in machine operation, blending, or mixing processes strongly preferred
- Experience working in sterile manufacturing environments required
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a physically demanding production environment
