Key Responsibilities:

  1. Component Preparation: Skillfully prepare components for insertion into printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  2. Hand Assembly: Expertly hand-assemble components into PCBs, ensuring precision and quality.
  3. Machine Operation: Load electronic boards onto wave solder machines for efficient processing.
  4. Lead Trimming: Accurately trim leads on boards to meet specifications.
  5. Hand Soldering: Perform hand-soldering of components on boards with expertise.
  6. Assembly Tasks: Conduct various board, bracket, and label assemblies with attention to detail.
  7. Conformal Coating: Mask and unmask parts for conformal coating to protect and insulate.
  8. Testing: Test circuit board assemblies to ensure functionality and reliability.
  9. Programming: Program microcontrollers to meet product requirements.
  10. Mechanical Assembly: Assemble mechanical parts into subassemblies and final assemblies with precision.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is essential.
  2. Knowledge: Familiarity with resistor color codes and the ability to recognize a wide range of electronic components.
  3. Skills: Proficient in soldering and de-soldering, with the ability to handle small electronic and mechanical parts.
