Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Manufacturing: Build store fixtures to exact specifications using your woodworking expertise.
• Blueprint Mastery: Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate and high-quality production.
• Versatile Woodworking: Cut parts, laminate, veneer, sand, file, and perform various tasks to complete projects.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring products meet customer specifications.
• Production Management: Assist in managing production schedules to ensure timely completion of products.
• Clean and Safe Workspace: Keep your work area and aisles clean and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Training: Help train team members to meet established standards and enhance overall team performance.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with internal customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Woodworker: Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry, and using basic hand tools.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and blueprints.
• Machine Setup Knowledge: Familiarity with setting up and operating a wide variety of woodworking equipment.

• Independent Worker: Capable of working productively and independently, managing changing priorities effectively.
• Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating machinery and tools safely.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible shifts including 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
