Warehouse Forklift Operator

Full-Time | Warehouse & Distribution Environment

Our client company partner is seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and keeping materials moving safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

The right person for this role is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently
• Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
• Stage materials and finished goods for production or outbound delivery
• Pull and prepare orders accurately according to warehouse documentation and pick lists
• Maintain organized inventory locations and staging areas
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment REQUIRED 
• Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and documentation
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team operations
• Basic computer or warehouse system experience is a plus

• Reach trucks
• Electric pallet jacks
• Clamp trucks or other forklift attachments
• RF scanners or warehouse management systems
