Shipping & Receiving Coordinator - 1st Shift

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We're seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, operating forklifts, managing inventory, and helping keep products moving efficiently throughout the warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring product accuracy and safe handling
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
• Support daily shipping and receiving operations
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse staging areas
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency
• Assist with inventory control and material tracking
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required
• Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
