Precision Saw Operator
Lake St. Louis / St. Charles Area | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to hire a Precision Saw Operator to join their team. They’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate industrial saw equipment according to work orders and specifications
• Verify stock and materials before cutting to ensure accuracy
• Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Mark and label materials accurately for production and inventory purposes
• Perform routine equipment inspections and complete maintenance checklists
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous saw operation, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred
• Strong basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read work orders, safety procedures, and operating instructions
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
