Job Description

The Case Manager is responsible for handling all pre-litigation personal injury claims from assignment through resolution or transfer to litigation, ensuring a positive client experience. Key duties include communicating with clients, coordinating medical treatment, ordering and summarizing medical records, confirming insurance coverage, updating client portals regularly, and drafting demand letters. The role requires proficiency in using Needles case management software and a strong understanding of personal injury procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least 2 years of personal injury case management experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
