Job Description

A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for its Los Angeles office. Working closely with the Chief of Recruiting & Integration and the Co-Chair of the Recruiting & Integration Committee, this role plays a key administrative and operational part in delivering a seamless, organized, and positive experience for attorney candidates and newly joining attorneys.

The Recruiting Coordinator will schedule and manage candidate interviews, meetings, and calls with partners and firm leadership, handling all logistics from calendars and agendas to conference rooms and virtual meeting links. Responsibilities include collecting and tracking interviewer feedback, gathering candidate information and documentation, and maintaining recruiting databases, candidate files, and confidential records. The role also supports attorney onboarding and integration by coordinating introductions, orientation activities, and follow-up tasks, and provides general administrative and committee support, including meeting materials, action-item tracking, reports, and special projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, professional services, legal, human resources, executive administration, or a related field, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and calendar management skills, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. This is a hybrid role (four days in office, one remote) with a base salary range of $70,000–$80,000.
