Operations Monitoring Specialist – Leadership Track

Location: Miramar, FL
Pay: $29–$31/hour
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Days Off: Monday & Tuesday
Career Path: Supervisor opportunity within approximately 3–6 months based on performance

We are seeking an Operations Monitoring Specialist to join our team. This role involves learning a specialized monitoring and reporting process, identifying important information, accurately documenting activity, and communicating findings to the appropriate teams.

No security background is required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor activity and identify information requiring attention.
• Accurately document observations and prepare detailed reports.
• Follow established processes and appropriately escalate issues.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is complete and organized.
• Use computer systems and Microsoft Office to document and track information.
• Provide professional customer service and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
