Most of our machining is centered around supporting the service of hydraulic components, rework, and low quantity detail machining. This a great opportunity to onboard with a company that exemplifies a future for its employees.
The ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge and hands on experience with large lathe turning, thread turning, tooling, and print reading. Meticulous attention to proper tolerances is a must. Relevant experience with complimentary machining operations such as milling, drilling, surface grinding, welding, etc is certainly a plus.
If desired, this position can lead into management and possibly revenue sharing for someone with the drive, initiative, and leadership qualities required.
*Full reimbursement of relative trade schooling is offered and encouraged. Existing support staff and experience are in house that can train in other areas. The range of pay listed is not contained and reflects the varying skillset under our consideration. Ultimately, pay is commensurate with a combination of skills, experience and potential.
