Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Status: Full-Time
Reports To: General Manager
Provide administrative support to the office by assisting with a wide range of clerical and organizational tasks.
Process order entry and invoicing.
Coordinate mailing of samples and shipment arrangements.
Maintain production records and master batch records.
Greet and assist customers and other visitors.
File and organize records.
Attend training sessions as required to enhance industry knowledge.
Review routed materials and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Interface with production, warehouse, and maintenance staff to ensure strategic goals and procedural requirements are met.
Assist with employee events and related needs.
Perform additional assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Experience in logistics.
