Job Description

Position: Permanent Mailroom Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scan and file documents accurately.
  • Manage and organize mail correspondences.
  • Assist paralegals with mail-related tasks and other administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom.
  • Utilize strong computer skills for mail tracking and documentation.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in mail sorting and scanning.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to assist and coordinate with paralegals.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with mail management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in filing and documentation.
