Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Call Transfer Agent to serve as the initial point of contact for incoming callers. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, identifying the caller's needs, and efficiently transferring them to the appropriate department or representative.The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced communication environment.
Call center backgrounds are preferred however willing to consider intake coordinator backgrounds from a law firm.
