Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Title Examiner to join our team in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial title files, assessed taxes, and title revisions. Key responsibilities include examining and verifying titles, identifying title defects, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring all documentation complies with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:- Examine and verify commercial title files for accuracy and completeness.- Identify and resolve title defects and issues.- Review and assess property taxes and their impact on title.- Prepare comprehensive title reports and documentation.- Conduct title revisions and updates as needed.- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Title Examiner, preferably in commercial real estate.- Strong understanding of assessed taxes and their implications on titles.- Proficiency in title revisions and updates.- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
