Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Location: Auburn Hills, MI 

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, with a 15% shift premium

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations during 2nd shift to ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures.

• Assist in the development and enforcement of quality policies and procedures.

• Initiate corrective actions to prevent product nonconformance.

• Provide support for various company administrative functions as requested.

• Ensure compliance with safety, Responsible Care, and other relevant procedures.

• Perform responsibilities within the quality management system according to established procedures.

• Practice ethical and responsible behavior in all aspects of employment, including the use of computers, handling confidential information, and respectful treatment of others.

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a manufacturing environment (e.g., exposure to loud noises, varying temperatures).

• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
