MA1 Logistics is a growing delivery company serving the Chula Vista area from our terminal at 2311 Boswell Road, Chula Vista, CA 91914 (DIB7). We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed while delivering packages safely and efficiently throughout the community.

Pay & Benefits

• $22.25/hour
• Biweekly pay
• Guaranteed 40 hours for 5-day schedules and 32 hours for 4-day schedules, even if routes finish early

Schedule & Hours

• Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Driver opportunities
• 3–5 days per week
• Consistent schedule with 2 consecutive days off
• Open availability preferred
• 11:05 AM – 7:35 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Complete approximately 185 stops per day
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Use GPS and delivery apps to navigate routes
• Load, scan, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards

Required Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Delivery driver, courier, rideshare, warehouse, or manual labor experience is a plus
• CDL not required
