OSB Distributions is a proud FedEx Ground contractor serving the Lexington area. Our team is built on safety, integrity, respect, and customer service. You'll report daily to the FedEx terminal located at 2024 Buck Lane, Lexington, KY 40511 and return home every evening.

Pay & Benefits

• $160-$250 per day (performance-based pay)
• Equivalent to $20-$25+/hour, top drivers earn $28+/hour
• Weekly paychecks
• Paid training

Schedule

• Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
• Part-Time: 2-3 days per week
• Hours: 9:00 AM until route completion

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Perform vehicle inspections
• Safely operate delivery vehicles
• Use GPS and delivery technology
• Scan, load, and log packages
• Average 130 stops per day

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift and move packages up to 100 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
