CDL‑A DRIVERS WANTED
HOME DAILY | $300/DAY | $1,500–$1,800/WEEK

Bright Flag Recruiting has partnered with BR Williams Trucking, LLC (BRW) to hire experienced CDL‑A Drivers to join their team in the Lincoln, AL area.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $1,500–$1,800 average weekly pay
• $300 per day
• 1099 position
• Paid weekly via direct deposit
• Home daily — local routes
• Initial PPE provided

SCHEDULE & ROUTE

• Full‑time | 5–6 days per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Afternoon and evening shifts available (dispatch between 1:00 PM and 1:00 AM)
• Pick up tractor at BRW Truck Yard (Eastaboga, AL 36260)
• Run between Honda plants in Lincoln, AL and local suppliers
• Deliveries to:
  • Rainsville, AL
  • Cullman, AL
  • Clanton, AL

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

• International day cabs or sleeper cabs
• Drop & hook freight
• Multiple runs per shift (typically 2–3 trips)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (held for at least 2 years)
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 2 years required
• Willing to wear required PPE, including:
  • Hi‑vis vest
  • Hard hat
  • Steel‑toe work boots
  • Eye protection
• Must meet DOT requirements
• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations
  • No more than 2 moving violations within the last 36 months
  • No more than 1 preventable accident within the last 12 months
