CDL‑A SOLO DRIVERS WANTED
DEDICATED ACCOUNT | HOME WEEKLY | STRONG PAY
Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring for full‑time CDL‑A Solo Drivers based out of Baltimore, MD on a dedicated local/regional account.
Experience as a CDL‑A driver looking for stability and excellent home time? Perfect.

SCHEDULE & ROUTE
- Dedicated account
- Average 1,900+ miles per week
- Home weekly with a 34‑hour reset
- Possible 2–3 days home per week depending on schedule
- Delivery locations include:
- PA, DE, NY, NJ, WV, VA, NC, and Washington, DC
- No deliveries into NYC or the boroughs
- Consistent, predictable freight
FREIGHT & EQUIPMENT
- 100% no‑touch freight
- Live unload & drop & hook
- New 2025 automatic transmission trucks
- Auto‑chains equipped
- Pulling 53’ dry van and reefer trailers
- Drivers coordinate with account manager for secure truck parking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
- Ability to work nights, evenings, and early mornings
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Must meet all DOT requirements, including physical, background check, and drug screen
- Must maintain a clean and safe driving record
- Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-service–oriented
- Must be able to safely operate in mountain driving environments
