About Drifting South – a FedEx Contractor
We’re a growing team with a safety-first culture and real support. Based at 11000 Toebben Drive, Independence, KY 41051, we run rural routes with ~90 stops/day using step vans and box trucks.

Pay & Benefits

• $180/day (raise potential at 60 days)
• $100/day training (2 weeks)
• Bonuses: $150 (week 1 solo), $200 (30-day performance)
• Health, dental, vision (FT); PTO after 1 year
• Company vehicle + uniform

Schedule

• Start 8:30 AM to completion
• Full-time: Tue–Sat
• Part-time delivery driver: 2–3 days (Wed–Sat)

What You’ll Do (Delivery Driver)

• Load, scan, and deliver packages
• Drive safely; pre/post-trip inspections
• Use GPS; handle packages up to 150 lbs

Requirements

• 21+ with valid license & clean MVR
• Able to work in all weather
• Willing to submit to background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid)
