Precision Parcel Logistics is hiring Full Time Delivery Drivers to deliver packages to local residences and businesses. We are looking for dependable, independent, safety-focused individuals who pay attention to details, can quickly solve a wide range of situations, and win in a demanding environment. Position Details:
-
Full Time: Sunday - Tuesday with every other Wednesday required OR Thursday - Saturday with every other Wednesday required

Staggered Start Times: 8:40am , 9:00am, & 9:20am
-
10-hour shifts / Day Shifts
- 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch per-shift.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Successfully handle and deliver packages on time (80 - 180 stops per day on average depending on the type of route)
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold unexpired state-issued identification
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (no pre-employment testing for marijuana)
- Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
