About Fleet Ready
Fleet Ready is a local Delivery Service Partner focused on safety, teamwork, and dependable service. Our terminal is located at 200 Gregg Street, Lodi, NJ 07644, and we support our drivers with hands-on training, reliable equipment, and a team-first culture.

• $23.75/hour starting pay
• Additional bonus of $150 after 90 days available for candidates who can quickly transition into full route responsibilities

Schedule
     • Full-Time & Part-Time Delivery Driver roles
     • 1 weekend day required
     • Day shifts available | 10-hour routes

What You’ll Do
    • Deliver 100–140 package stops daily
    • Safely operate a delivery van
    • Use GPS and scanning technology
    • Lift packages up to 50 lbs
    • Work in all weather conditions

Requirements
    • 21+ years old
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Non-CDL Delivery Driver position
    • Comfortable with physical work, walking, stairs, and repeated van entry/exit
    • Must be willing to submit to a DOT physical
