Ger Trucking Inc is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for full-time FedEx CDL A OTR Team Drivers out of Rialto, CA to drive FedEx delivery routes.

Experience as a CDL A Truck Driver? Perfect. Have you driven for FedEx or similar linehaul contractors? Even better. Enjoy high mileage runs and consistent weekly earnings with a guaranteed minimum.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Weekly Pay: $0.80 CPM per team (split = $0.40 CPM per driver)
• Guaranteed Minimum: $1,500/week per driver
• Earn whichever is higher (CPM or minimum guarantee)
• Additional Compensation:
  • Occasional bonuses (performance, delays, retention, etc.)
  • Holiday bonuses (e.g., Thanksgiving & Christmas based on tenure)
• Home between runs (typically 24–48 hours)
• Paid Weekly – Direct Deposit
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months
• Hub-to-Hub Dispatch
• Drop and Hook – No Touch Freight
• Assigned trucks whenever possible (minimal slip seating)

• Schedule Options:
  • Full-Time: Variable (typically Monday or Tuesday dispatch)
  • Weekend availability required
• Shift Details: 
  • Dispatch times vary based on FedEx linehaul schedules
  • Drivers are typically out 4–5 days per run
  • Home time ranges from 24–48 hours between runs
• Route Details: 
  • Undedicated (Wild Run) – routes vary based on FedEx freight needs
  • Dispatch originates from Rialto, CA
  • Destinations vary depending on terminal assignments
• Flexibility Required: Drivers must be comfortable with varying dispatch times and lane assignments
  • Schedules are determined by FedEx freight volume and may change on short notice
• Average Weekly Miles: 4,000–6,000 miles per team
• Drive Freightliner and Volvo Sleeper Trucks (Automatic Transmission)

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications:

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Valid work history for the past 10 years
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Intact teams preferred (open to pairing strong candidates)
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License  
• Valid work history for the past 10 years  
• At least 21 years of age  
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English  
• Doubles Endorsement Required (training available if needed)
• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months of experience with a FedEx-approved driving school  
• Must be able to submit to a DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen (paid for by FedEx)   
• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations.  
• MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months
