About BCA Logistics (FedEx Contractor)
We’re a family-run team operating out of 300 Tomlinson Dr, Zelienople, PA 16046. We’ve grown over 4 years by supporting our drivers and showing up for each other, simple as that.

Pay & Benefits

• $170–$180/day full routes | $160/day small routes
• $150/day paid training
• Quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision
• PTO + flexible unpaid time off
• Company vehicle & uniform provided

Schedule

• Full-time: Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu or Wed-Sun
• Part-time delivery driver: Fri–Sun (2–3 days)
• Start 8:00 AM to completion (100–130 stops/day)

What You’ll Do (Delivery Driver / Courier)

• Pick up packages at terminal, run package delivery routes
• Drive safely, use GPS, scan/log deliveries
• Lift/move packages up to 150 lbs

Requirements

• 21+, valid license, clean MVR
• Comfortable with weather & physical work
• Must be willing to submit to background check, drug test, and DOT physical
