Pay: $65,000 + Bonus Opportunities up to 10K a year
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays Required

Overview

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our delivery team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll oversee daily operations, develop team members, and help drive a safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery operation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily delivery operations including dispatch, route execution, and debrief
• Supervise and develop a team of dispatchers and delivery drivers
• Ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality deliveries
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Manage staffing, attendance, and overall team productivity
• Support fleet operations, including vehicle readiness and basic maintenance coordination
• Partner with Amazon station leadership to meet operational goals

Leadership Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
• Foster a positive, respectful, and safety-first culture
• Address performance issues through coaching and documentation
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication at all times

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership or operations experience (logistics, delivery, retail, or similar preferred)
• Experience managing teams, coaching performance, and driving results
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Comfortable using technology and data to manage operations
• Valid driver’s license and must be 21+

Preferred Qualifications

• Amazon DSP or delivery/logistics experience
• Experience with fleet management or safety programs
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for 8–12 hours per shift
• Comfortable working in varied weather and operational conditions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills.
