Route Details: 

• Schedule:

• Full-Time OTR 

• Out: 10-12 days & Home: 1-2 days

• Resets On the Road, all trucks are sleeper equipped

• Route Details:

• Terminal Location: 1601 W. Old Route 66. Strafford, MO 65757

• Dry van runs primarily in Midwest, 53’ trailers

• Goes as North as Minneapolis, as East as Philadelphia, and as South as Houston area. 

• Average Weekly Miles:

• Average weekly miles between 1,900-2,300 per week. 

• Equipment:

• Drive newer Automatic Sleepers, Mack Anthems or International LTs, few Kenworth T-680's, equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, TV mounts, and majority double bunks. 

• Trucks are governed at 68 MPH. 

Benefits for a CDL A Truck Driver: 

• Average Weekly Pay: $1000-$1400/wkly 

• Guaranteed New Hire Pay: for the first ten (10) weeks, drivers can be guaranteed up to $1,250/week

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:

• Must have a Valid Interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License

• Must have at least 1 year of current verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must not have more than 3 jobs within the last 12 months

• Must be at least 23 years of age 

• Must be able to submit to a DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen (paid for by TransLand)

• Must pass TransLand road test and complete post-offer physical assessment  

• Must not have a revoked or suspended license, nor BAC, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations or convictions. 

• Must have no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years, no serious violations in the last 3 years on MVR
