BrightFlag Recruiting is hiring full-time CDL-A SOLO drivers on a dedicated Family Dollar run based out of Odessa, TX. This account offers consistent miles, strong pay, and weekly home time for drivers who like to stay active.

Route Details

Compensation & Pay:
Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
Top Weekly Pay: $1,700
Average Annual Pay: $78,000
Top Annual Pay: $88,400
Pay Structure: CPM (mileage pay) + unload pay

Additional Pay / Benefits:
Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)

Route Type: Dedicated Regional Solo

Home Time:
Home Weekly for a 34-hour reset (day may vary based on freight)

Freight:
Driver unload required
53' dry van trailers (hand unload using gravity rollers)

Delivery Locations:
Eastern Texas
New Mexico
Arizona
Return loads back to Odessa, TX

Equipment:
Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks
Automatic transmission
Pulling 53' dry van trailers

Minimum CDL-A Driver Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
Must be willing to submit to testing for DOT Physical, Background check, and Drug Test
Clean and safe driving record
Professional, safety-focused, strong communicator
