Fleet Mechanic – $65K–$70K/Year – Livingston, MT

• Competitive Pay: $65,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time, on-site at our Livingston terminal
• Flexible/variable schedule with early morning start required (~7:00 AM)
• Dispatch window 8:30–10:30 AM; some afternoons as trucks return

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair gas and light diesel vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance, oil changes, brakes, engine work, and general repairs
• Inspect, replace, and repair defective parts
• Maintain organized maintenance records and documentation
• Conduct morning readiness checks for fleet dispatch
• Manage parts inventory and communicate needs
• Ensure fleet uptime and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Willing to submit to a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (all employer-paid)
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Experience with pickup trucks, step vans, and box trucks; gas and diesel systems
• Strong follow-through, detail-oriented, and independent work ethic
• Must supply your own tools
• Military experience welcomed but not required
