OTR Dedicated Team Driver based out Louisville, KY 40299 Be Home Daily & Earn Over $104K/Year!

This is not your typical OTR role you’ll be home every day, making it perfect for drivers who want top-tier pay without sacrificing family time.

What We Offer:

• Team Pay: $0.82 CPM per truck (4,900–5,000 miles/week)

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,100 +

• Tax-Free Per Diem: $80/day = $4,000–$5,000 extra annually

• Home Time: 2 days off weekly — or stay out longer if preferred

• Daily Home Time: Enjoy 5–6 hours at home each day during layover in Louisville

• Modern Equipment: 2022+ Freightliners w/ scale passes

• Safety Bonus: $1,500 for compliant, safe teams

• Optional Local Pickups: Add up to $200/week extra during downtime

Schedule:

• Dispatch: Mondays at 10 PM

• Return: Saturday evenings

• Route: Louisville → Arkansas → Northern Kentucky → Cincinnati → back to Louisville

• Daily Home Time: Enjoy 5–6 hours at home each day during layover in Louisville

• Bonus: Use this time to rest, spend time with family, or earn more with local pickups

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A (Doubles Endorsement preferred)

• 1–2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must pass background check, drug screen, DOT physical

• 21+ years old
