Compensation & Pay:
Average Weekly Pay: $1,924 
Top Weekly Pay: $2,278
Average Annual Pay: $100,071
Top Annual Pay: $118,472
Pay Structure: Mileage-based pay (split)

No-touch freight
All loads are refrigerated
Live load / live unload

Delivery Locations:
Drivers pick up freight in Gilroy, CA and deliver to distribution centers in IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, and FL, with return loads back to California.

Minimum CDL-A Driver Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
Must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
Must meet DOT requirements (physical, background check, drug screen)
Clean and safe driving record
Professional, safety-focused, strong communicator
