FedEx Ground Delivery Driver & Helper| Home Daily | No CDL Required
TouchDown Delivery, an independent service provider for FedEx Ground, is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers in Brainerd, MN (1701 Thiesse Drive, 56401).

Delivery Driver Pay & Benefits
- $910/week ($182 per day)
- Weekly pay
- Paid training
- Performance bonuses of up to $250 during your first solo route
- Evaluation bonus of $250 after 90 days

Helper Pay & Benefits (NO Drug test or DOT physical required)
- $750/week ($150 per day)
- Weekly pay
- Paid training
- Potential to move into a driver role

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- One Saturday per month required
- Additional Saturdays available for drivers looking to earn extra income
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Home daily

What You'll Do
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the local area
- Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load, unload, scan, and deliver packages
- Use navigation tools to complete your route efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (paid by employer)
- Able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment and assistance when needed
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
