Crew Cargo is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for full-time FedEx CDL A OTR Team Drivers out of Fairless Hills, PA to drive FedEx delivery routes.   

Experience as a CDL A Truck Driver? Perfect.
Have you driven for FedEx or similar companies? Even better.   

Route Details:   

• Schedule Options:   
  • Full-Time: OTR 5-10 days  
  • 1-3 days home time for driver reset 
• Shift Details:  
  • Dispatch Time: Varies 
• Lane Type: Undedicated – routes vary weekly based on freight needs  
• Flexibility Required: Drivers must be comfortable with varying lane assignments.  
• Terminal Location: 196 River Road Fairless Hills, PA 19030
• Average Weekly Miles: 4,000-5,000 per team  
  • Drive 2022 and Newer Macks and Freightliners Sleepers - Automatic Transmission 

Benefits for a CDL A Truck Driver:   

• Competitive Weekly Pay: $1,900-$2k per-driver 
• Competitive Pay: $0.90 CPM split per-driver 
• Minimum Weekly Guarantee: $1,800/week if miles are low or if dispatch is unavailable due to factors outside the driver’s control  
• Home Weekly to Bi-Weekly

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:  

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License   
• Valid work history for the past 10 years   
• At least 21 years of age   
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English   
• Doubles Endorsement Required   
• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months of experience with a FedEx-approved driving school   
• Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen   
• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations.   
• MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months
