BrightFlag Recruiting is hiring for full-time CDL-A SOLO drivers on a dedicated Sysco fleet based out of Front Royal, VA. This account offers consistent routes, strong weekly pay, and reliable home time.

Route Details:

Compensation & Pay:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,677

• Top Weekly Pay: $2,200

• Average Annual Pay: $87,206

• Top Annual Pay: $114,426

• Pay Structure: Mileage-based pay

• Route Type: Dedicated – Regional

• Home Time:

  • Most drivers are home weekly

  • Guaranteed home at least every other weekend for a 34-hour reset

  • Drivers domiciled in Front Royal, VA are home weekly

• Freight: No-touch freight

  • Most loads are refrigerated

• Delivery Locations: Northeast and Midwest regions, including:

  • MA, CT, NY (Albany & Syracuse; backhauls out of Buffalo)

  • NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC

  • OH, IN, KY

• Driving Requirements: Night driving required

Minimum CDL-A Driver Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 Months of CDL-A driving experience

• Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire

• Must read, write, and speak fluent English

• Must meet DOT requirements (physical, background check, drug screen)

• Clean and safe driving record
