Bright Flag Recruiting has partnered with HOLA Logistics to hire a Dispatcher/Operations Manager to oversee fleet operations and ensure smooth daily performance. HOLA Logistics brings over 20 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry and is launching a new branch in Houston, TX.

What You’ll Do

As the Dispatcher/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for daily dispatch operations, managing drivers, and ensuring freight moves safely and on schedule. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and growing with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily flatbed dispatch operations for regional and some long-haul routes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding scheduling, routing, and compliance.
• Onboard, train, and support new drivers as operations expand.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and safety.
• Coordinate truck maintenance with Penske and ensure fleet readiness.
• Track freight delivery schedules and resolve any route or equipment issues.
• Assist with interviewing and filtering candidates for driver positions (in partnership with recruiting team).
• Maintain open communication with leadership to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $72,000 annually
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – remote with weekly in-person meetings in The Woodlands

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in dispatching (flatbed or FedEx linehaul preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, ability to manage a team.
• Availability: Flexible and on-call as needed, including weekends depending on routes.
• Location: Based in Houston, TX (must attend occasional in-person meetings in The Woodlands).
• CDL not required.
