Crew West is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for full-time FedEx CDL A OTR Team Drivers out of Fort Worth, TX to drive FedEx delivery routes.  

Experience as a CDL A Truck Driver? Perfect. Have you driven for FedEx or similar companies? Even better.  

Route Details:  

• Schedule Options: 
  • Full-Time: 4–6-day workweeks 
  • Weekend availability required 
  • Includes a 30–40 hour reset period 
• Lane Type: Undedicated – routes vary weekly based on freight needs 
• Flexibility Required: Drivers must be comfortable with varying dispatch times and lane assignments. Dispatch schedules are determined by incoming freight and may change on short notice. 
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,800–4,000 per team 
• Home Time: Weekly, depending on route completion and reset timing 
• Assigned 2025 automatic Mac trucks: equipped with fridge, microwave, and power inverter

• Competitive Pay: $0.76 CPM split per team / $0.80 CPM split per team for experienced Intact Teams! 
• Minimum Weekly Guarantee: $1,000/week if miles are low or if dispatch is unavailable due to factors outside the driver’s control 
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700+/week per driver 
• Weekly Pay - direct deposit 
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for INTACT teams

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include: 

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License  
• Valid work history for the past 10 years  
• At least 21 years of age  
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English  
• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months of experience with a FedEx-approved driving school  
• Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen  
• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations.  
• MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months
