Job Description

Lucus Inc. is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for full-time FedEx CDL A Drivers out of Little Rock, AR to drive FedEx delivery routes. 

Experience as a CDL A Truck Driver? Perfect. Have you driven for FedEx or similar companies? Even better. 

Route Details: 

• 5 days/week off-peak 
• 6 days/week during peak (Oct–Jan) 
• Weekend availability required 
• Night dispatch between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (may vary slightly depending on route demand) 
• Hours: 10–12-hour shifts, home daily

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,000-$1,550/week 
• Competitive Pay: $0.53 CPM

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include: 

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License 
• Valid work history for the past 10 years 
• At least 21 years of age 
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English 
• 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years in the last 10 years, or 6 months from a FedEx-approved school 
• Must pass DOT physical, background, and drug screen 
• No revoked/suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations 
• MVR: Max of 2 moving violations in last 36 months
