Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on leader to support weekend operations. This is a key role for someone who’s not afraid to get involved — in the yard, helping with routes, supporting drivers, and backing up the ops team.

Position Details:

$40,000/year
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
30 hours/week (Friday is in-office to start the week)
Company laptop provided

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a weekend point of contact for operational support
Be present on the yard assisting with mechanical tasks (general knowledge is fine)
Assist with route maintenance and updates
Handle driver escalations and support management teams
Complete necessary administrative duties
Provide backup support to operations managers as needed

Requirements:

Some form of DOT or driving experience (CDL preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and handle on-the-ground operational issues
General mechanical knowledge (no certifications required)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must have or be willing to get an iPhone
Reliable transportation
