Semper Fi Group, an Amazon Freight Partner (AFP), is IMMDEDIATELY HIRING for a full-time CDL A Driver to join our growing team in San Bernardino, CA!

We’re a veteran-led company with a strong, supportive culture, and we’re looking for reliable, self-driven drivers to help us deliver freight across the Western region.

Route Details: 

• Overnight regional routes covering Northern California, Arizona, and Nevada

• Schedule:

  • 4 days on / 3 days off (full-time)

  • New drivers may start part-time until fully trained and proven safe

  • Typical shifts: Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday

• Dispatch times: 9 PM, 10 PM, or 4 AM

• Home Time:

  • Drivers living within 50 miles of San Bernardino preferred

  • Sleeping in truck required between shifts if commuting not feasible

• SAP Drivers: Accepted (must be compliant and cleared)

Benefits for a CDL A Truck Driver:

• $24/hour (considering $25/hour for highly experienced drivers)

• Overtime paid after 40 hours (most weeks)

• $50/night stipend when sleeping in truck

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A)

• At least 2 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailor experience preferred

• At least 21 years of age

• Must be able to pass:

  • DOT physical

  • Pre-employment background check

  • Drug screening

• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations

• Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and flexible with schedules (weekend work required)

• Reliable and professional, with a stable work history

• Comfortable working overnight routes only
