Franco Trucking INC is Hiring Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers in Louisville, KY! 

Franco Trucking INC is looking for skilled Class A CDL drivers for team driving routes. If you have experience with companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, we want to hear from you! 

What we Offer

• Mileage Bonus: $0.41 CPM per-driver running 4,900 miles ($0.82 CPM to the truck).
  • Earn extra income by covering local routes during downtime.

• Tax Per Diem: $80/day moved to pretax dollars, adding $4,000–$5,000 annually to your net pay. 

• Home Time Options: 2 days off weekly or staying out longer if preferred. 

• Modern Trucks: 2022 or newer Freightliner trucks equipped with scale passes. 

• Safety Bonus: $1,500 bonus for teams that run safely, meet compliance, and avoid declines.

Position Details: 

• Weekly dedicated dispatch: Monday at 10:00 PM, returning by Saturday afternoon.

• Schedule: Weekly runs with consistent miles and home time flexibility. 

CDL Driver Requirements: 

• License: Valid CDL-A with doubles endorsement preferred. 

• Experience: 1-2 years of verifiable tractor trailer experience. 

• Compliance: Must be willing to undergo a background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and safety program. 

• Age: Drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
