Driver Recruiter (Amazon DSP & FedEx)

Seasonal Remote Position – Through 12/31/2026

Summary: Our Driver Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for Amazon DSP and FedEx driver roles nationwide. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role where success is measured by consistent pipeline generation, candidate conversion, and meeting hiring targets.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable on the phone, and takes ownership of results.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct high-volume screening to evaluate candidate qualifications 
• Own the early stages of the recruiting process, from resume review and screening to candidate submission
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experience 
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the ATS to ensure pipeline visibility and organization  
• Partner with clients and internal teams to align on hiring needs and move candidates efficiently through the process 
• Identify pipeline gaps and partner with leadership to adjust strategy
• Meet monthly hiring and activity targets across multiple accounts

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in recruiting, sales, or high-volume roles preferred 
• Amazon DSP or Fedex P&D experience highly preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced, quota-driven environments 
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, texts, and candidate interactions daily 
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results 
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in competitive hiring markets

Compensation: Hourly base + monthly bonus
