Remote Driver Recruiter – Amazon DSP & FedEx – $20-$22/hr + Monthly Bonus

Seasonal Remote Position Through 12/31/2026

Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring remote driver Recruiters to support hiring for Amazon DSP and FedEx delivery driver positions nationwide.

This is a high-volume recruiting role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Former Amazon DSP and FedEx drivers are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do

• Screen and interview driver candidates daily
• High-volume daily communication with candidates
• Review resumes and move qualified candidates through the hiring process quickly
• Maintain accurate updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Partner with internal teams and customers to meet hiring goals
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress across multiple accounts
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through strong communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
• AND/OR Amazon DSP or FedEx P&D experience 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of candidate interactions daily
• Self-motivated and dependable while working remotely

Work Environment

• Fully remote
• Heavy phone, text, and computer-based work
• Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
• Dedicated 40 hour work week
