Job Description
RC Somnium is looking for dedicated, experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver for FedEx Ground Runs based in Middletown, CT.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $0.65-$0.70 depending on experience and tenure
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 - $1,500
- Home Daily + Assigned Equipment

Position Details:
- Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
- Shift Details: Dispatch time between 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Route: Undedicated.
- Equipment:
- Automatic Volvo VNR Day Cab Trucks
- Double Trailers (drop and hook only)
- Environment: Professional, supportive, and efficient workplace.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Double Trailers- Must have experience hooking up and hauling doubles!
- Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and doubles
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Reliably transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and team members
- Maintain accurate logs and deliver top-notch customer service
