Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers for Once Global LLC in Miami, FL.

What We Offer? 

• Competitive Pay: 
  • OTR Team Drivers: $0.70 CPM, averaging $2,700 per week.
• Direct Deposit: Weekly, reliable payments. 
• $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid over 7 months.
• Company-Provided Equipment: Well-maintained 2023–2024 Peterbilt and Freightliner sleeper cabs. 

Position Details:  

• Schedule: 3–4 weeks on the road with one week off. 
• Routes: Nationwide, long-haul opportunities with strong earning potential. 
• Weekly Mileage: Minimum 6,000 miles per team per week, with potential for more.

CDL-A Driver Responsibilities: 

• Safe Operation: Drive a tractor-trailer for timely deliveries. 
• Schedule Management: Meet delivery schedules and coordinate with dispatchers. 
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery details. 
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor with customer representatives. 
• Team Coordination: Work closely with Yard Spotter and Maintenance Manager for efficient operations. 

Requirements: 

• Valid Class A CDL License, with a clean driving record. 
• At least 6 months of Verifiable Driving Experience within the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, operate trailer equipment, and maneuver trailers into docks. 
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service. 
• Pass a Full Background Check, Drug Tests, and DOT Physical. 
• Must be 21 Years or Older. 
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
