Hope International is looking for dedicated, experienced Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers based in Pooler, GA.  

If you've driven for FedEx, Amazon, Werner, Dollar General, or Western Express—we want to hear from you! 

What We Offer:  

• Competitive Pay: $0.80–$0.85 CPM

• Average Weekly Pay: $4,200 to the truck; $2,100 to the driver. Minimum guarantee of $1,500 to the truck; $750 to the driver if the truck does not run for the week

• Home Time: Weekly

• Assigned Equipment

• Weekly Direct Deposit

Position Details: 

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: Tuesday–Saturday, with flexibility for additional route pick-ups as needed

Shift Details:

• Dispatch Window: Between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Route Information:

• Type: Undedicated / Wild

• Common Destinations: Dallas (frequent), Orlando, Las Vegas, California, Phoenix

• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 5,200–5,500 miles (dependent on driver performance)

Requirements: 

• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience 
• Doubles endorsement required (experience preferred but we may train the right candidate) 
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations 
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and doubles 
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance 
• Reliably transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors 
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and team members 
• Maintain accurate logs and deliver top-notch customer service
