Maeda Trucking is looking for dedicated, experienced OTR Class A CDL Team Drivers based in Dallas, TX.  

If you've driven for FedEx, Amazon, Werner, Dollar General, or Western Express—we want to hear from you! 

What We Offer:  

THIS IS A TEAM OTR POSTION 

• Competitive Pay: $0.80 CPM (per team)
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,800+ per-driver
• Insurance: Medical, dental & vision (after 30 days)
• Weekly Direct Deposit
• Per Diem Pay

Position Details:

• Late-model 2023–2025 Freightliners (automatic) with fridge + Bunk bed sleeping
• Miles/Week: 5,000–6,000
• Home Time: 2–3 weeks out, 1 week home
• Route: Unassigned OTR
• Environment: Professional, supportive, and efficient workplace. 

Requirements: 

• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience 
• Doubles endorsement required (experience preferred but we may train the right candidate) 
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations 
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and doubles 
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance 
• Reliably transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors 
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and team members 
• Maintain accurate logs and deliver top-notch customer service
