Anton Express is seeking dedicated and experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our team for home-daily routes and specialized services out of our Ellenwood, GA terminal. If you have experience with companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Schedule Options:

  • Full-Time: Trucks run 4–5 days a week, and drivers are guaranteed at least one day off

  • Night Dispatch: Dispatch starts between 6 PM and 3 AM.

• Route Details:

  • Coverage area includes Atlanta, Mobile, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Spartanburg, and North Carolina, with some out-of-region runs up to 350 miles.

  • Average weekly mileage ranges from 1,000 to 2,500 miles, with flexibility for adverse weather conditions.

Requirements: 

• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience 
• Doubles endorsement required (no on-site training for doubles endorsement available)
• Ability to operate in various weather conditions and make safety-conscious decisions on the road.
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations 
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and doubles 
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance 
• Reliably transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors 
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and team members 
• Maintain accurate logs and deliver top-notch customer service
