  Solo Drivers: $1,200–$1,700 per week 
  Team Drivers: Average $2,200 per week

Position Details: 

• Schedule Options: 

• Solo Routes: 5-6 days a week (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday), dispatch between 9:30–10:30 PM. 

• Team Routes: Dispatch Tuesday–Saturday, dispatch between 7:00-9:00 AM. 

• Route Types: 

• Local Solo routes 

• OTR Dedicated routes

Who We’re Looking For: 

We are seeking highly motivated Solo and Team drivers who have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to safety. 

Requirements: 

• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience 

• Doubles endorsement required (experience preferred but we may train the right candidate) 

• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations 

• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and doubles 

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance 

• Reliably transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors 

• Communicate proactively with dispatch and team members 

• Maintain accurate logs and deliver top-notch customer service
