ProTech Transport has Immediate OTR Positions available for Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable drivers who are committed to safety, efficiency, and professionalism.   • Pay Guarantee: $150/day for dispatch failure 
  • Performance Based Annual Bonus 
  • Detention Pay: $25/hr

  • Solo Drivers: 60 CPM- Average Weekly Pay Starts at $1,500-$1,800. 
  • Full Teams: 80 CPM/Split- Average Weekly Pay Starts at $2,000-$2,400 per driver. 
  • Great Miles: Solo Drivers can expect 2500-3000 miles per week. Team Drivers can expect 5000-6000 miles per week.

• Over-the-Road (OTR) Routes – Regions may be requested
• Home Time: 
  • 14-16 days out, 4-5 days home 
  • If out for 3+ weeks, home time extends to 6-7 days 
• Dry Van, No Touch Freight
• 95% Drop & Hook, 5% Live Loa

• Truck & Trailer: Kenworth T680 & Peterbilt 579 (automatic or manual, large sleeper for
  solo and double bunk for teams)
• Amenities: Fridge, TV with soundbar, Microwave, Power Inverter 
• Technology: ELD, GPS, BOL scanner app, Dash Cam is street-facing camera 

• Take the truck home or we will pay to store it for you!

• Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays: Time with your family is important to us, too. 
• Flexible Dispatch: Drivers dispatch from anywhere except California.  
• Hiring Drivers out of all states except: CA and North of VA. 
• No endorsements required! 

Who We’re Looking For:

• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and professional. 
• 2 years of total experience with tractor trailers. We cannot accept drivers with less experience.  
• High preference for drivers with 6 months of OTR experience, but OTR
  experience not required as long as 2 years of tractor trailer combo is proven.
• Applicants must be 23 years of age or older. 
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, PSP, and FMCSA- No accidents, tickets, or violations in the past 3 years.  
• Must hold a valid Medical Card.  
• No At-Fault Fatality Accidents ever.
